Refund Policy

You may charge your credit card at any point during your on-line session. Prior to clicking the “Pay Now” button you may terminate the session without charge at any time. We encourage you not to pay until you are sure that the provider will give you the advice you seek. Once your card has been charged, because the service is customized to your needs and will be completed before the EU-mandated cooling off period, you acknowledge that there are no refunds. Without this acknowledgement, we will not provide the service.

The only exception to this policy is if the session is terminated early, either due to technical issues, or the provider being unable to provide the time allowed. In this event a top-up session will be provided at no charge. If the provider is unable to provide this top-up session within ten days, iCam Professional Services will refund any unused portion of the session fee at the client’s request.

If you purchase a block of sessions, or purchase a subscription, iCam Professional Services will refund the full amount of any unused sessions / subscription payments upon receipt of an email requesting cancellation of the service.
